Return, Exchange, or Refund Policy

 

1. Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 40 days from the date the order is received.

Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • The item received does not match the item ordered

  • The product arrives damaged or defective

  • The customer chooses to exercise the right of return within the allowed period, provided the item is returned in its original condition, unused, unassembled, and complete with original packaging and all included accessories

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a return.

2. No Direct Exchanges

  • Due to inventory availability and logistical considerations, our store does not offer direct exchanges.

If a customer wishes to receive a different model, size, or variation, the original item must be returned first.
A new order may be placed after the refund has been successfully processed.

3. Order Cancellation and Refund

Customers may request order cancellation within 48 hours of order confirmation.

If the order has already been shipped or the 48-hour window has passed, cancellation is no longer available.
In such cases, customers must wait for delivery and submit a return request in accordance with this policy.

4. Return Request Procedure

To initiate a return or refund request, customers must contact us via email and provide the following information:

  • Order number

  • Reason for the request

  • Photos if the item is damaged or defective

Providing complete and accurate details helps ensure timely review and approval.

5. Return Shipping

A prepaid return shipping label is included inside the package at the time of delivery.
Customers will find the return label inside the parcel and may use it when initiating a return.

If the return is approved due to a confirmed defect or shipping damage, return shipping costs are fully covered.

If the return is voluntary (the item is correct but no longer desired), return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer.

Returned items must be securely packaged, in excellent condition, and include all original components and accessories.

6. Refund Processing Time

Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 1–6 business days.
A confirmation notification will be sent upon completion of the refund process.

7. Refund Method

Refunds are issued using the same payment method selected at checkout.
The time required for funds to appear depends on the customer’s bank or payment service provider.
